DRAGON KEEPER by Carole Wilkinson

Are you looking for a book that is full of magic, mystery, murder, adventure, and suspense? If so, Dragon Keeper by Carole Wilkinson is the book for you. This book is about a young slave girl named Ping and an elderly dragon named Long Danzi. Ping and Long Danzi escape from their cruel master and adventure to the ocean. Ping, Danzi, and their rat friend Hua must take the dragon stone to the ocean before it is too late. Danzi is getting old and hopes the waters of the ocean will heal him as well as the dragon stone. My favorite part in this book was when Danzi and Ping escaped from the emperor and the imperial guards. I enjoyed when Danzi flew over the palace walls and escaped into the snowy white wilderness.
